Affiliate Agreement

EFFECTIVE: 10/11/2026

This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Local Titans LLC (“Local Titans”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the person or business that applies to the Local Titans Affiliate Program (the “Program”). You accept this Agreement when you check the agreement box on the application form at https://localtitans.net/affiliates. Our Terms and Conditions at https://localtitans.net/terms also apply to you.

Joining the Program

We review every application, and we may approve or decline any application for any reason. Once we approve you, you get access to the affiliate portal. The portal holds your affiliate links, content you can use to promote, your sales, your commissions, and your payouts. You must be at least 18 years old to join.

Commission

You earn a commission of 20% of the amount a customer pays at checkout for an AI Videos order that comes through your affiliate link. Taxes and card processing fees are not part of that amount. Other Local Titans products and services earn no commission unless we agree to it in writing.

Cookie Period

An order counts as yours when the customer clicks your affiliate link and completes the purchase within 90 days of that click. Tracking depends on the customer's browser. If a customer clears their cookies, blocks tracking, changes device, or clicks another affiliate's link, the order may not be credited to you. Our tracking records decide which affiliate, if any, earns the commission on an order.

Payouts

Commissions earned in a calendar month are paid 45 days after that month ends (“net 45”). For example, the commission on an order placed on October 10 is paid by December 15. We pay by the payout method you choose in the affiliate portal. Your sales, commissions, and payouts are shown in the portal.

Taxes

Before we pay your first commission, you must upload a completed IRS Form W-9 in the affiliate portal. If you are outside the United States, upload the tax form we ask you for instead. We hold your commissions until we have the form. We send you a Form 1099 when the law requires it. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Refunds and Chargebacks

No commission is earned on an order that is refunded, charged back, or cancelled. If we already paid you a commission on such an order, we subtract that commission from your next payout.

Rules for Promoting

When you promote AI Videos, you agree to do all of the following:

  • Tell people clearly that you earn a commission when you share your link, as the Federal Trade Commission requires.
  • Describe AI Videos honestly. Do not promise results, prices, delivery times, or features that we do not offer.
  • Follow the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and every other law that applies to you. Send no spam, and do not text or call anyone who has not agreed to hear from you.

You may not do any of the following:

  • Buy through your own affiliate link, or pay or reward anyone else to buy through it.
  • Bid on “Local Titans”, “localtitans.net”, or similar words in paid search or social media ads, or use them in a domain name or a social media account name.
  • Pretend to be Local Titans, or say that you speak for us.
  • Use cookie stuffing, hidden links, pop-ups, or any other trick that sets a tracking cookie without a real click.
  • Promote us on sites or channels with adult, hateful, violent, or illegal content.

Our Name and Content

While you are in the Program, you may use our name and the content in the affiliate portal to promote AI Videos. Do not change our logos or our content in a way that changes its meaning. If we ask you to change or remove a promotion, you agree to do so within five business days.

Your Status

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement makes you our employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent. You pay your own costs of promoting.

Ending the Program

You may leave the Program at any time by telling us. We may end your place in the Program, or change or end the Program, at any time. If we end your place because you broke this Agreement, you lose any commissions we have not yet paid. Otherwise, we pay the commissions you earned before the end date, on the normal schedule.

Changes to This Agreement

We may change this Agreement by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. The new version applies from that date. If you keep promoting us after that date, you accept the new version.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
