How long is a video?
30 to 40 seconds. Short enough for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, long enough to say one thing well.
What do I need to give you?
About five minutes per video on the brief: your message, your call to action, the style, the voice, and a description of the character. Product photos and a logo are optional.
Can I use my own photo as the character?
Yes, if you have the right to use it and the person in it agreed. No celebrities, public figures, or brands you do not own. You confirm this on the brief.
What if I want changes?
Each video includes one round of changes. Send one list within 7 days of delivery. New words, a different voice, or different shots are fine. A new idea or a new style is a new order.
What happens if I do not reply?
No reply within 7 days of delivery counts as approved, and the download unlocks.
How long do credits last?
6 months from the day you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, before you submit your first brief. After that, the work has started and there is no refund.
Do you show my video to other people?
Only as a sample of our work, and only if you leave the Keep my video private box unticked on the brief.
